LS4 Belt Tensioner Kit

LS4 enthusiasts have long been plagued by one of the worst serpentine belt tensioner designs ever made. To add insult to injury all aftermarket and OE parts suppliers have discontinued the production and sales of the tensioner assembly. This means when your OEM tensioner fails, you are left with a lawn ornament until sourcing a used replacement (assuming you're lucky enough to find one).

Recognizing that this is a real problem for the community, LS4 King has developed a bolt-on solution. We are proud to present the LS4 Belt Tensioner Kit. Each kit comes complete with a self contained spring loaded tensioner assembly, steel idler pulley, mounting hardware and a new serpentine belt for the revised routing. These tensioner kits were designed with years of trouble free operation in mind. In the event of a failure, all the service components are readily available.

Each kit works in conjunction with all of your OEM accessory drive. Also works in conjunction with our Power Steering Pump Bypass Kits for those of you with electric power steering conversions.
