Solid LS4 Engine & 4T65 Trans Mount Kit

LS4 King is excited to introduce a solid engine and transmission mount kit for stock transmission applications. We like to think of this mount kit as a forever fix; The last set of mounts your LS4 powered W-Body will ever need. 

GM engineered the OEM mounts with goal of comfort while reducing NVH (noise, vibration and harshness). Over time, the soft rubber mounts deteriorate, crack and in extreme cases even break. This problem has been well documented through the LS4's existence. This kit was engineered to address those tired, saggy mounts and correct the alignment of your drivetrain perfectly to the chassis as the manufacturer intended.

By accurately locating the engine and transmission to the chassis and minimizing potential movement, less energy is absorbed by the mounting system and more power is transmitted to the pavement. This is all accomplished while providing a more connected feel to the vehicle and road.

A note from Brandon: One misconception I often hear repeated is that solid mounts equal teeth chattering ride quality. This is completely false. You will have a moderate increase in NVH (Noise Vibration Harshness) since the engine and transmission no longer ride on squishy rubber mounts, this is to be expected. It is extremely tolerable and in my opinion simply creates more feedback from the chassis to the driver. I daily drive my swapped vehicles and I have never received a complaint from any of my passengers.
